Boulder Media Works gathers two types of
information through its online registration for the
Promotion. The first type of information is
“Personally Identifiable Information,” which

The second type of information is “Aggregate Information,” from which an individual cannot be identified. Boulder Media Works uses Google Analytics to collect Aggregate information.

Inc., a third party sponsor of the Promotion, in
accordance with the Official Rules of this
Promotion. Avantair will not sell, share or rent your information

about Boulder Media Works’ use of your Personally Identifiable
Information. To the extent the terms and conditions
of the Official Rules conflict with this Privacy Policy,
the terms and conditions of such Official Rules shall

We collect the minimum amount of Personally
Identifiable Information necessary to enable us to (a)
verify your eligibility in the Promotion; (b) identify
you in the event you are selected as the Promotion winner;
(c) contact you in the event you are selected as Promotion
winner.
The
Deletion of Your Personal Information
To prevent fraud, fix problems, and comply with local,
state, and federal laws, we will retain some of your
Personal Information in our databases. Upon your request,
we will promptly delete most of the information in your
account, however, you should be aware that not all of
your personal information will be completely removed
from our databases.
Minors
Boulder Media Works does not knowingly collect Personally
Identifiable Information from children age 13 or younger.
If you are age 13 or younger, we request that you do
not provide your name and address or other contact information
or any other Personally Identifiable Information.
How You
Review Your Information or Correct Your Information
Boulder Media Works offers you the ability to review your Personally Identifiable Information, updating your Personally Identifiable Information or having your Personally Identifiable Information deleted and withdraw permission for its continued use by logging into the Sweepstakes site, contacting Boulder Media Works at info@bouldermediaworks.com. If you request to have any Personally Identifiable Information deleted or deactivated, such information will be deleted and deactivated as practicable in accordance with applicable law.
